The Process
Congratulations you have done the hard part in choosing your design, now it's the easy part! You are only a few steps away from receiving your finished copies and sending out your invitations.

Years of experience has led us to develop the most successful and fool proof way of working. So here's the process...

1) Once you have chosen your design from our portfolio and received your tailored quotation we need you to please confirm your order in writing and send a non-refundable 50% deposit by cheque or electronic transfer made out to Emily and Jo. Prices include typesetting with up to two sets of amends, production, and are inclusive of VAT, delivery will be charged at an additional cost.
We cannot book production time or begin work until we have both your deposit and order. To avoid disappointment we urge you to do this as soon as possible - ideally at least three months before you need your stationery. The remaining balance will be due prior to dispatch of finished copies. NB: If you require and other stationery items, please consider ordering these at the same time as the invitations. (This will help keep your costs down which we will outline in your quotation)

2) After supplying the wording for your stationery (in a text compatible format) you will receive your first PDF proof via e-mail within five business days. To simplify the creative process two sets of Emily&Jo proof amends are included within the quotation but if there are additional corrections an additional amends charge will be incurred at £15 per set.
